Flow until admission
In principle, a student visa is required to study at a Japanese language school for more than 6 months. Also, the immigration examination takes time and it takes about 6 months to obtain a "Student Visa", so please contact us as soon as possible.
STEP.1Submission of application documents
Please send all the documents required for the application by the submission deadline. Also, please pay the examination fee by the deadline.
STEP.2Examination by our school and the Immigration Bureau
After receiving the documents, we will first judge the acceptance of admission through document screening and interview. After issuing the "Admission Permit", submit the set of application documents to the Tokyo Immigration Bureau. After the documents are reviewed by the Immigration Bureau, a “Certificate of Eligibility” will be issued.
STEP.3Payment of school fees
The applicant will be notified when the "Certificate of Eligibility" is issued. Applicants should pay the tuition fees to the bank account designated by the school. After confirming the payment, we will send a "Certificate of Eligibility" and "Admission Permit" from our school.
STEP.4Pizza inspection, determination of entry date
Please apply for a visa at the diplomatic mission abroad, and after obtaining the visa, arrange your air ticket and let us know the date you plan to enter Japan. If you would like to meet or move into the dormitory, please fill in the item ~ and let us know by e-mail. *If you wish to be picked up, please enter the country on the date specified by our school.
STEP.5Entering Japan, Enrollment
If you wish to be picked up, we will pick you up at the airport. Residents will continue to live in the dormitory. After taking the orientation for living in Japan, classes begin.

Can I transfer from another Japanese school to our school, or from our school to another Japanese school?
Yes, with good reason, it is possible. Regarding transfers, please follow the rules of the sending school. Also, please note that it may not be accepted.
