What is the refund if I cancel my enrollment?

If you have been issued a Certificate of Eligibility but do not apply for a visa and do not come to Japan
- Conditions: Return of Letter of Admission and Certificate of Eligibility
- Refund: Refund of all fees except enrollment fee
If you apply for an entry visa at a diplomatic mission abroad, but it is not approved and you cannot come to Japan
- Conditions: Return of the letter of admission and proof that the visa was not issued at the diplomatic mission abroad
- Refund: Refund of all fees except enrollment fee
If you have obtained a visa but declined admission before coming to Japan
- Conditions: Return of the letter of acceptance and the unused visa and confirmation of revocation
- Refund: Refund of all fees except enrollment fee
If a student who has obtained a visa and entered Japan withdraws from the school without a justifiable reason
- Refund: In principle, all payments will not be refunded.
In the event of non-admission after coming to Japan
- Refund: No refund of the entire payment
*The selection fee will not be refunded for any reason.
*The remittance fee will be borne by the applicant.
